Terdakwa ditahan terkait Dugaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Penyalahgunaan/Penyelewengan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) dan Dana Desa (DD) Tahun Anggaran 2020 sampai dengan Tahun Anggaran 2022 di Desa Lelio
Dan mengakibatkan terjadinya Belanja Fiktif, Kekurangan Volume, Pemahalan Harga, dan Ketekoran Kas. Sehingga merugikan keuangan negara sebesar sebesar Rp. 730.033.455,50.
Penahanan dilakukan kepada terdakwa, berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penahan Kepala Cabang Kejaksaan Negeri Poso di Tentena Nomor: PRINT-05/P.2.13.8/Ft.1/03/2024 tanggal 04 Maret 2024 selama 20 hari Kedepan.
