Kapolres Muara Enim, AKBP Andi Supriadi, SH, SIK, MH, bertindak sebagai Inspektur Upacara (Irup). Upacara ini dihadiri oleh Wakapolres Muara Enim, Kompol CS. Panjaitan, SE, Msi, para Kabag, Kasat, Kasi, Kapolsek Jajaran, seluruh personil Polres Muara Enim dan ASN.
Kapolsek Semendo dari pejabat lama AKP Martinus Ginting, SH yang akan menempati posisi di Kapolsek Pemulutan Polres Ogan Ilir Polda Sumsel kepada pejabat baru Iptu Syawaluddin, SH yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kanit Reskrim Polsek Tanjung Agung Polres Muara Enim Polda Sumsel.
Dalam pelaksanaan upacara berlangsung khidmat yang diawali dengan pengucapan sumpah jabatan, penandatanganan berita acara serah terima dan terakhir pemberian ucapan selamat kepada pejabat yang melaksanakan serah terima.
