KLK- Morowali Menolak Pemindahan Lokasi Penjualan di Bangunan Asal-asalan Taman Kota Fonuasingko

Morowali-‘Taman kota fonuasingko yang berada di tengah Kabupaten Morowali Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang dijuluki sebagai wajah kota morowali saat ini sangat memprihatinkan, bagaimana tidak bangunan dirancang dengan anggaran Rp 3.155.957.000 yang bersumber dari Angaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) hasilnya sangat nihil,”Kata Amrin Kordinator Komite Literasi Kerakyatan Morowali(KLK-Morowali), Senin(18/07/2022)

“Amrin menjelaskan, terdapat 41 lapak pedagang yang dibangun dengan ukuran kisaran 250×250 cm, dengan jarak bangunan satu dan yang lainya berdekatan, ditambah lagi terdapat 2 bangunan kamar mandi / toilet di taman tersebut, yang kurang terawat karna dipenuhi sampah sampah plastik dan air yang belum tersalurkan dengan lancar.

Menurutnya, Taman fonuasingko yang dibagun dengan angaran begitu besar tentunya telah memberikan harapan kepada masyarakat dan para pedagang akan tersedianya fasilitas yang mendukung kelancaran penjualan hingga omset para pedagang kaki lima tersebut lancar dan bertambah, tetapi setelah bangunan selesai semuanya tak sesuai dengan harapan kita.

Sambung Amrin, Jika kita lihat kondisi taman fonuasingko di tahun 2021 cukup ramai, hampir setiap malam dipadati pengunjung bahkan beberapa kegiatan kebudayaan, musikalisasi puisi, dilakukan para pedagang demi menarik perhatian para pengunjung saat itu, dan ini salah satu bentuk kreatifitas para pedagang secara kolektif ditaman kota fonuasingko, sekalipun masi ada keterbatasan fasilitas tetapi para pedagang leluasa bergerak, berkarya Karana didukung dengan lokasi yang luas.

Menyikapi kondisi taman fonuasingko hari ini kami dari Komite Literasi Kerakyatan Morowali (KLK-M) ikut menolak upaya pemindahan lokasi penjualan pedagang yang berada di jalur 16 dipindahkan ke taman fonuasingko. serta mendukung penuh upaya- upaya penolakan yang dilakukan para pedagang kaki lima untuk tidak dipindahkan ke taman fonuasingko, selama kondisi bangunanya Masi seperti itu.

Ada beberapa faktor yang membuat bangunan baru ditaman fonuasingko untuk tidak dihuni oleh para pedagang, mulai dari kondisi bangunan yang sempit, semerawut, kecil, sampah sampah yang tak jelas akan dibuang kemana.

Pembangunan ini tentunya kembali membuat kita berpikir bahwa makin hari makin minim untuk menitipkan kepercayaan kita kepada pemerintah dalam melakukan satu pembangunan di daerah yang betul betul bersih dan terlepas dari sistem Korupsi Kolusi Nepotisme (KKN). olehnya itu kami meminta dinas terkait segera melihat langsung kondisi bangunan ditaman fonuasingko, dan memangil penangung jawab proyek agar seceptanya mengambil tindakan, jangan biarkan kondisi bangunan dan taman terus menerus seperti saat ini, karna perlu kita ketahui bahwa dana yang digunakan membangun adalah angaran pendapatan daerah sehingga bangunan yang kita inginkan bukan bangunan yang asal asalan jadinya.

Tambahnya, Kemudian permasalahan pedagang tolong dilibatkan didalam pembahasan apapun yang bersangkutan dengan keseharian mereka agar apa yang menjadi kendala atau masalah para pelaku usaha yang ada dimorowali atau UMKM mampu didengarkan secara langsung dari mereka karna mereka sebagai pelaku usaha,”Tutup.
