PEKANBARU- Berawal dari pengakuan salah seorang narapidana dari Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Kls II B Pasir Pengaraian, terkait dugaan pembayaran terindikasi pungli didalam lapas yang dimuat di beberapa media online terbit, Jum’at (26/11/2021)
Informasi dirangkum Berdasarkan Pengakuan dari salah seorang narapidana di lapas Pasir Pangaraian yang mengatakan bahwa, banyak pembayaran yang diminta didalam lapas. Mulai dari pembayaran fasilitas kamar, penggunaan alat komunikasi dapat dilakukan jika membayar kepada petugas lapas.
“Ya di dalam Lapas semuanya bayar, tidak ada yang gratis, bahkan jika kita mau menelfon keluarga saja pinjam Hp Petugas Lapas harus bayar mahal dan kalau kita punya HP sendiri kita harus bayar Upeti Ke Petugas Lapas Rp 300 ribu perminggu,” demikian pengakuan dari salah satu narapidana kepada wartawan di Rohul.
Sikapi pengakuan itu, Kadivpas Kemenkumham Riau, Maulidi Hilal saat dikonfirmasi GoRiau mengatakan, untuk aturan didalam lapas tidak dibenarkan adanya tindakan pungutan diluar aturan yang berlaku.
“Sudah saya konfirmasi, yang namanya di lapas itu kan ada wartel (warung telepon) khusus, mereka kita sediakan sarana video call, tarifnya sama normal. Kalau ada minjam HP pegawai, berarti itu penyimpangan, berarti dia dalam lingkaran yang ga bener,” kata Hilal, Jumat (26/11/2021).
Kemudian Hilal memastikan pihaknya akan menindak tegas bila ada oknum nakal yang bermain didalam Lapas. Dan sudah ada tim khusus yang dibentuk oleh Kadivpas Kemenkumham Riau, untuk mencari oknum-oknum pegawai lapas yang nakal.
“Kita tindak tegas, kalau ada seperti itu. Kalaupun ada itu adalah oknum. Kami buat kampanye memburu hantu berbaret biru, yang menyelundupkan HP ke dalam,” tegas Hilal.
