Jombang- Aksi kekerasan anggota perguruan silat di Jombang kembali terjadi. Korban kali ini berinisial WD (14) babak belur dikeroyok 2 pesilat IKSPI di wilayah Kecamatan Tembelang, Jombang.

Penyebabnya sepele hanya gara-gara memakai kalung berlogo IKSPI milik kakaknya dan mengunggah di facebook.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Jombang AKP Teguh Setiawan mengatakan pengeroyokan ini dipicu postingan WD di akun facebook pada Jum’at (23/4/2021) sekitar pukul 06.00 wib.

Postingan tersebut membuat geram para pelaku MAS(17) warga desa Pulogedang, Tembelang dan MNH(15), warga Temuwulan, Perak. Para pelaku sama-sama anggota IKSPI.

“mereka marah karena mengetahui bahwa korban bukan anggota perguruan silat melalui cheeting WA dengan korban, tapi menggunakan atribut perguruan silat sama dengan milik para pelaku.” kata Teguh sabtu (1/5/2021)

Malam setelah korban mengupload unggahannya di facebook, MAS dan MNH mengajak korban ketemuan dilapangan SDN Kedungotok 1, Tembelang sekitar pukul 22.30. saat itu kedua pelaku sempat menginterogasi WD terkait keikutsertaannya menjadi anggota IKSPI serta kepemilikan kalung qontak yang berlogo IKSPI.

Korban mengaku memakai kalong tersebut hanya untuk foto saja dan itu milik kakaknya. Kemudian kedua pelaku menguji kemampuan korban dengan memukul dan menendang secara bergantian bagian punggung korban, korban sudah meminta maaf tapi tetap dipukul”, terang Kasat Reskrim.

Akibat pukulan itu korban menderita luka lebam dibagian kepala, punggung dan dada. Beruntung korban berhasil lari dari lokasi pengeroyokan dan pulang kerumah. Besoknya, Sabtu (24/4) korban didampingi ayahnya melapor ke polsek Tembelang, selanjutnya dilimpahkan ke Unit PPA Polres Jombang.

Tim Resmob unit 1 Polres Jombang langsung turun dan mengamankan para pelaku Minggu (25/4) pukul 22.00.
Akibat perbuatannya kedua pelaku dijerat pasal 80 UURI Nomor 35 tahun 2014 perubahan atas UU RI No. 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak dengan ancaman pejara 3,5 tahun.

“untuk saat ini karena kedua pelaku masih usia anak, maka kami titipkan di shelter Dinas Sosial selanjutnya akan dilakukan penelitian oleh Bapas surabaya. Kemungkinan akan direkomendasikan untuk penyelesaian melalui Diversi mengingat usia para pelaku masih anak, namun semua tetap menunggu hasil penelitian Bapas”, Terang Teguh. (UDN)
