Sultra- Bertempat di Aula Dachara Polda Sultra, Rabu (20/5/2020), melalui sambungan Video Conference dari Mabes Polri, Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Drs. Idham Azis, M.Si melaksanakan pelantikan Korp Raport kenaikan pangkat Kapolda dan Wakapolda Sultra yang kini menyesuaikan dengan perubahan tipe Polda Sultra yang telah menyandang status Tipe A.
Di Bulan Ramadhan kali ini, meskipun Sulawesi Tenggara tengah berjuang keras untuk melawan pandemi Covid-19, namun menjadi berkah tersendiri bagi Polda Sultra yang kini resmi dipimpim oleh Jenderal Bintang Dua, Irjen Pol Drs. Merdisyam, M.Si serta Wakapolda Sultra naik pangkat menjadi Brigjen Pol Drs. Yan Sultra Indrajaya, S.H.
Pelantikan di Aula Dachara ini turut diikuti oleh para Pejabat Utama (PJU) Polda Sultra sekaligus untuk mendengarkan arahan dari Kapolri.
Kabid Humas Polda Sultra AKBP Ferry Walintukan, S.I.K mengatakan pelantikan ini disesuaikan dengan protokol Covid-19 dengan memperhatikan beberapa pertimbangan tertentu sehingga upacara korp raport kenaikan pangkat dilangsungkan melalui video conference.
“Karena sekarang situasinya sedang covid-19, jadi korp raport yah dibatasi dan kita ikuti lewat video conference dengan mengikuti penyampaian dan arahan dari Kapolri,” ungkap AKBP Ferry.
Kapolri mengucapkan selamat kepada rekan-rekan yang diberi Anugrah kenaikan pangkat, ini merupakan sejarah di Polri untuk pencapaian pangkat Jenderal yang mencapai puluhan. Idham Azis menambahkan ada 12 Polda yang melaksanakan secara conference.
“Kita mengacu kepada protocol keselamatan, untuk itu korps raport secara virtual,” ungkapnya.
Kapolri berpesan agar senantiasa Bersyukur kepada Allah dan institusi yang membesarkan kita Dan berharap menjadi duta Polri untuk memberikan kinerja terbaik dimana pun tempat mengabdi.
“Saling mengingatkan bahwa kita bekerja loyalitas untuk negara yang terdapat dalam Tribrata dan catur prasetya,” pungkas Jenderal asal Sulawesi Tenggara ini.
