Kediri. selidikkasus.com, Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri kembali menyaluran bantuan beras kepada masyarakat terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Hari ini, Selasa (12/5/2020) beras bantuan tersebut diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat Kecamatan Ngasem dan Kecamatan Kepung.
Jumlahnya sebanyak 39,17 ton dengan rincian Kecamatan Ngasem 18,55 ton dan Kecamatan Kepung 20,62 ton.
Plt. Kepala BPBD Slamet Turmudi mengatakan, sampai hari ini sudah 12 kecamatan yang menerima beras bantuan Covid-19 dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri. “Rencana besok kita laksanakan penyaluran bantuan ke Kecamatan Kras dengan total kurang lebih 30 ton,” katanya.
“Untuk masyarakat penerima saya harap tetap di rumah masing-masing. Biar gugus tugas desa yang berkeliling menyalurkan, biar tidak ada kerumunan warga yang rentan penularan Covid-19. Bantuan akan terus kami distribusikan sampai pandemi ini Camat Ngasem, Ary Budiyanto, mengatakan, beras ini nantinya dibagikan bagi warga kurang mampu meliputi kalangan pedagang kaki lima, buruh tani, abang becak dan juga industri kecil.
Untuk penerimanya merupakan warga terdampak Covid-19 yang tidak masuk ke dalam daftar penerima BPNT dan PKH.
Sementara itu ditemui di lokasi droping beras, Camat Kepung Sumarlan mengatakan bantuan dari pemerintah ini memang sudah ditunggu-tunggu masyarakat.
“Alhamdulillah hari ini sudah sampai di Kecamatan Kepung dan siap didistribusikan ke warga terdampak. Bantuan tahap pertama kemarin sudah disalurkan dan tahap kedua ini sejumlah 20,6 ton. Semoga bantuan ini bisa meringankan beban warga yang sangat kesulitan di tengah pandemi Covid 19,” ungkap Camat Kepung.
“Kriteria penerima bantuan beras ini kita arahkan kepada masyarakat yang sama sekali belum menerima bantuan seperti PKH, BLT dan lainnya. Tujuannya dalam rangka pemerataan bantuan bagi seluruh masyarakat. Untuk pendistribusiaannya, desa-desa mengambil ke kecamatan sesuai jumlah yang telah diverifikasi oleh Dinas Sosial. Kemudian gugus tugas desa menyalurkannya ke warga penerima,” pungkas Camat Sumarlan.
