Penuturan ketua BUMdes desa gema kec.kampar kiri hulu Marzali ke media senin 20 april 2020, bahwa saya di pilih oleh masyarakat menjadi ketua Bumdes ini,maka saya akan emban amanah ini dengan sebaik baik nya,agar usaha ini berkembang dan bisa memenuhi kebutuhan para petani agar penghasilan bisa maksimal sehingga ekonomi masyarakat tumbuh dengan baik sebut nya.
Bumdes ini kami arahkan penyediaan barang kebutuhan petani pekebun sawit seperti:penyediaan pupuk bersubsidi dan obat-obatan pembasmi gulma dan segala macam kebutuhan pertanian,untuk saat ini kami punya 4 kelompok,masing-masing kelompok punya anggota bervariasi ada 30 orang dan ada 25 orang dan pengambilan pupuk harus buat RDKK dan melalui ketua kelompok sebut nya.
Untuk keterangan lebih lanjut media mewawancarai kepala Desa Gema Nizam akbar,dalam penuturan nya bahwa modal awal Bumdes ini adalah Rp.100.000.000,(seratus juta rupiah) pada tahun 2018 di anggarakan dari dana desa di tahun 2019 dapat kucuran dana Bankeu dan kami anggarkan Rp.150.000.000.(seratus lima puluh juta rupiah) jadi total Rp.250.000.000. (dua ratus lima puluh juta rupiah) semua nya sebut kades.
Jadi pada saat ini telah lebih 10 ton pupuk terjual /bulan justru itu saya sebagai pembina di bumdes ini sekaligus atas nama kepala desa merasa bersyukur,bisa melayani dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat bagi yang pekebun dan yang membutuhkan, dan meringankan bagi petani tak bermodal sehingga bisa meningkatkan tarif penghasilan bagi masyarakat desa ini tutup nya.
