Morowali- Dalam Pelaksanaan Pemeriksaan Perbatasan Wilayah di Desa Salonsa,Kecamatan Wita Ponda, Kabupaten Morowali, Provinsi Sulawesi tengah Tim Gabungan Covid-19 Tidak Main-main
“Dari Keterangan salah seorang Gabungan Tim Covid-19 Weliam Tungka, Menyampaikan kepada wartawan,Senin(06/04/2020) Pemeriksaan ini tidak main-main karena dalam pelaksanaan ini bukan hanya mencari-cari Kesalahan, ini pengorbanan hampir mirip kita pergi berperang hanya ini bedanya kita tidak bisa melihat siapa musuh kita hanya yang kita tau namanya Corona,”Ucapnya.
Sebenarnya kalau kami punya mau tidak usah ada Palang- Pemalangan tetapi apa efeknya ketika kita tidak Palang, kita tidak mengurangi, dan kita tidak menekan masuknya dari pada manusia di kabupaten Morowali ini,”Jelasnya.
“Sementara berdasarkan ditempat-tempat KTP(Kartu Tanda Penduduk) Yang kami Periksa itu adalah kebanyakan Asal-usul dari Zona merah, yang kami takutkan di sini karena kami bukan sekedar bertugas tetapi harus kami juga merasakan peduli dengan warga kita disini,”Terangnya Weliam.
“Boleh bayangkan kalau mereka datang, kalau memang keinginan kami masuk saja, siapa yang mau membatasi orang mau datang berpergian dia berpergian mencari hidup siapa batasi, selama ini berapa puluh tahun Morowali belum ada ini belum ada pelarangan toh? bahkan kelanjutan seharusnya tadi mereka ditertibkan kita bebaskan mereka untuk mencari hidup saya kira seperti itu,” Tandasnya.
Karena sampai detik ini dimana adanya Corona ini disitu kita betul-betul mengingat, kalau kita mau berpikir punya tanggungjawab disini, saya terus terang saya mau lepas kalau mau hitung karena bukan main.kita sudah berbeda tugas ketika kita laksanakan seperti tugas biasa, ini rupanya berlipat tetapi apa yang lahir disitu di dalam hati nurani kami bahwa bisa dikatakan kami termasuk Relawan kalau itu dari pada tugas yang seharusnya kami lakukan sudah melebihi dari tugas sebagai pegawai, itu kita mengingat saudara-saudara kita yang Ribuan di belakang sana dan ini cara kita membela saudara kita membela sebenarnya tidak melihat, siapa sebenarnya yang melakukan tindakan itu kan begitu hanya berdasarkan Corona katanya,”Sebutnya Weliam Tungka
“Siang dan malam, hujan dan panas kami tidak kenal untuk menahan kendaraan itu, memeriksa mereka punya Kesehatan disitu kita tahan mereka bahkan juga tidak ada yang mau sampai ngebut Balapan nyelonong ke sana, pada hal kita serius sebenarnya kalo kita hanya Swiping karena Swiping itu kan, pelanggaran berhentilah? Sekarang ini pelanggaran dalam kategori dia meloloskan diri sebenarnya dia rugi, kita kejar katakan demi keuntungan dia tersebut, kalau kita ini biar kan saja. Kemudian penumpukan bayangkan kami hasil dari Dinas Perhubungan pertama PO dari perusahaan Oto itu dan selanjutnya dari plat hitam yang masuk dalam perhari itu hampir mencapai 300 orang yang masuk di wilayah kabupaten Morowali, yang datang mencari kerja atau pulang cuti,”Tuturnya.
Itu manusia rata-rata masuk kita ambil rata-rata dia 200 orang katakan dia kembali 50 orang masih ada sisa 150 orang setiap hari begitu berapa manusia yang ada di sana, sebenarnya kita berpikir kalau cuma masalah mencari kerja sebelum ada Covid-19 ini tidak ada masalah supaya daerah berkembang dengan mengurangi pengangguran namun pada saat ini tidak bisa di tawar dan kita tidak bisa bicara undang-undang, undang-undang nomor berapa yang kamu lakukan ini, nah ini melanggar dan tidak bisa kita bilang pelanggaran sementara, coba contoh di Morowali Utara yang kemarin mereka lengah, disini sudah melakukan tindakan disana belum apa yang terjadi orang nomor satu meninggalkan kita kasihan, dengan status positif Corona, nah sekarang mengatakan jangan sampai ada yang dari Morut untuk masuk ke sini tetapi apa yang kita pikirkan Hati Nurani, nah sekarang berbicara tanggungjawab sebesar apakah tanggungjawab kami yang bertugas di lapangan, ketika dia sudah berjalan pake dia punya tampil mau pergi kerja, dari mana dari Morowali Utara pak? Mau kemana mau kekebun bagaimana kita mau tahan tidak bisa,”Terangnya Weliam
Sekarang timbul pertanyaan jangan di beda-bedakan, kami ini juga mencari hidup, memang dia ada disini tetapi yang lain itu datang, oknum tadi ada disini coba lihat kendaraan kalau di tutup disitu banyak nanti, kami juga maunya tidak mau seperti begitu mengurangi orang-orang yang masuk, sekarang kita proses pidana katakan siapa yang mau di pidana dengan kita melaksanakan ini Otomatis Corona yang menjadi saksi, tapi ada dimana Corona itu,”Ungkapnya Weliam
“Kami di sini itu pertama dari Tim Kesehatan,Dishub,BNPB,Satpol PP, TNI,Polri berarti enam institusi yang ada disini yang bukan merupakan bertanggungjawab tetapi yang melaksanakan merupakan satu tim dari pada perintah dari pusat sebenarnya dari Presiden, turun ke Gubernur kemudian ke Walikota terus Bupati, Camat dan kepala desa,”Urainya.
Kalau kita tau musuh itu ada di depan mata kita tembak saja tetapi tidak ada ini, dimana dia?,siapa yang mau di lawan kita hanya mau menurut tidak mungkin jangan-jangan ada sama bapak, jangan-jangan ada sama dia,”Jelasnya lagi.
Itu KTP Morowali berdasarkan perintah itu adalah kenapa kita harus periksa dia itu ternyata orang itu baru datang atau katakanlah dia itu berdomisili di Morowali KTP Morowali berarti atau dia KTP Sulawesi Selatan tapi dia sudah ada di Morowali kita harus cek dulu kebenaranya, ternyata biasanya ada treak yang kita temukan baru datang mereka-mereka itu harus di kembalikan, misalnya dia mau cari kerja ambil surat keterangan dari kepolisian ternyata mau datang mau cari kerja, dalam konteks perintah itu arahan dari pusat kalau mau cari kerja Warga negara Asing, yang bukan penduduk asli situ dia harus di kembalikan ke tempatnya untuk menenangkan diri dikampung nya,”Tegasnya.
“Yang bukan KTP Morowali namun bisa dilihat kondisi nya, jadi tidak penekanan bahwa seratus persen bukan kategori dilihat juga contoh tadi saya pulang ke Kendari, bagaimana ini yang disana sudah di palang ada satu orang tadi jadi kita lihat dulu kalau dia sampai 5 orang Itu rental itu harus kembali itu tidak benar hanya pergi cari kerja itu yakin pasti ketika kita periksa benar kami pergi mau cari kerja nah itu pada akhirnya mengaku,”Pungkasnya.
Kami menghimbau Kepada masyarakat yang berpergian yang bukan kepentingan hanya mengunjungi atau mencari pekerjaan atau yang cuty atau mencari pekerjaan barangkali kembali dulu ketepatnya tunggu sampai ketentuan pemerintah sampai kapan kira-kira seperti itu demi kebaikan, dan kesehatan kita bersama,”Tutupnya Weliam Tungka.
