Kasus pemalsuan tanda tangan, stempel Sekolah dan stempel legalisir akhirnya Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Gunungsitoli nyatakan lengkap (P21) melalui suratnya yg dikirim di Polsek Sirombu tanggal 04 Maret 2020. Nomor: B-497/L.2.22/Ep.1/03/2020 perihal pemberitahuan hasil penyidikan perkara pidana atas nama tersangka NERIUS MARUHAWA alias AMA NURMA sudah lengkap.
Kasus pemalsuan tanda tangan, stempel sekolah dan stempel legalisir tersebut dilakukan oleh seorang guru PNS ketika mengajar di SD Negeri Hinako Kecamatan Sirombu, Kabupaten Nias Barat-SUMUT, kejadiannya pada tahun 2017 yang lalu hal itu dilakukan oleh seorang guru PNS berinisial NM, perbuatan tindak pidana pemalsuan dokumen dimaksud dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk pengurusan kenaikan golongan dari 2A-3A.
Setelah beberapa bulan kasus ini bergulir/diproses di Pemda Nias Barat dalam hal ini APIP/INSPEKTORAT terkesan pelaku dilindungi tanpa ditindak sebagaimana yang diamanatkan di PP Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil, Pihak korban dalam hal ini kepala SD Negeri Hinako berinisial MG melaporkan kasus ini di Polsek Sirombu resmi pada tanggal 13 April 2018 yang didampingi oleh LSM STRATEGI NIAS BARAT.
Pada tanggal 24 september 2018 pelaku NM ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh kepolisian sektor sirombu dan seterusnya pada tanggal 01 November 2018 Polsek Sirombu mengirim kasus ini di Kejaksaan Negeri Gunungsitoli.
Karena kasus ini sudah mengendap 15 bulan di Kejaksaan Negeri Gunungsitoli terhitung 01 November 2018 s/d bulan Februari 2020, LSM STRATEGI NIAS BARAT menyurati Kejaksaan Negeri Gunungsitoli tanyakan perkembangan penanganan kasus tersebut dan kendala apa kasus ini tidak naik kepenuntutan…? akhirnya kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Gunungsitoli melalui suratnya menyatakan lengkap atau P21.
Seterusnya pada tanggal 01 April 2020 Polsek Sirombu layangkan surat panggilan kepada tersangka supaya hadir di Polsek Sirombu pada hari senin tanggal 06-04-2020 guna kepentingan proses penuntutan. Pelaku melanggar pasal 263 KUHP dengan ancaman maksimal enam tahun penjara. (TIM media grup)
